【摘要】：作為鄉(xiāng)村空間價值重現(xiàn)的重要形式,鄉(xiāng)村紳士化在西方國家受到極大關(guān)注,而我國則鮮有研究�；诖�,本文以鄉(xiāng)村紳士化現(xiàn)象為主線,選取爨底下村為案例區(qū),采用參與式評估法和質(zhì)性訪談法,對人口結(jié)構(gòu)、聚落形態(tài)、居住空間以及公共空間等紳士化表征空間進(jìn)行深入剖析。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),紳士化前后,生活空間發(fā)生重大變化,生活群體構(gòu)成逐漸多樣化,住宿價格飛漲,聚落空間的相似性被打破,居住空間逐步開放化,傳統(tǒng)公共空間趨于退化或消失,當(dāng)?shù)卮迕衩媾R被邊緣化的風(fēng)險,而這些變化是紳士化過程中多方力量相互作用的結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:As an important form of rural spatial value reproduction, rural gentrification has received great attention in western countries, but there is little research in our country. Based on this, this paper takes the phenomenon of rural gentrification as the main line and selects Cuan Xia Village as the case area. By means of participatory assessment and qualitative interview, the gentrification representation space, such as population structure, settlement form, living space and public space, is deeply analyzed. It is found that significant changes take place in the living space before and after gentrification. The composition of living groups is gradually diversified, the price of accommodation has skyrocketed, the similarity of settlement space has been broken, the living space has been gradually opened up, the traditional public space tends to degenerate or disappear, and the local villagers are facing the risk of being marginalized. These changes are the result of the interaction of multiple forces in the process of gentrification.
