【摘要】：為解決以行政區(qū)為單位的人口數(shù)據(jù)空間表示法無法準確反映人口實際分布的問題,文章以廣州市天河區(qū)為例,利用高分辨率遙感影像數(shù)據(jù),采用面向?qū)ο蠓▽ㄖM行提取和分類,并結(jié)合廣州市土地利用現(xiàn)狀圖對分類結(jié)果進行驗證和修訂。在此基礎(chǔ)上,利用土地利用密度法估算研究區(qū)各街道居住建筑的人口密度,并采用格網(wǎng)法進一步構(gòu)建城市人口空間分布模型模擬城市居住人口的空間分布。結(jié)果表明,廣州市天河區(qū)的人口主要集中在廣園快速公路以南的帶狀區(qū)域內(nèi),中心商業(yè)區(qū)和工業(yè)密集區(qū)的人口密度最大,主干道附近區(qū)域的人口密度顯著大于其他區(qū)域;距離城市中心較遠的新塘、鳳凰、長興、龍洞等街道的人口密度整體偏低,模擬結(jié)果與研究區(qū)的實際情況相符。文章采用的數(shù)據(jù)可獲得性強,操作方法簡單,估算精確度高;研究提高了建筑解譯和分類的效率,真實地反映了城市人口的空間分布特征,建模方法和研究思路具有一定推廣意義。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that the spatial representation of population data in administrative regions can not accurately reflect the actual distribution of population, this paper takes Tianhe District of Guangzhou as an example, uses high-resolution remote sensing image data, adopts object-oriented method to extract and classify buildings, and verifies and modifies the classification results in combination with the present land use map of Guangzhou. On this basis, the population density of residential buildings in each street of the study area is estimated by using the land use density method, and the spatial distribution model of urban population is further constructed by using grid method to simulate the spatial distribution of urban residential population. The results show that the population density of Tianhe District in Guangzhou is mainly concentrated in the banded area south of Guangyuan Expressway, and the population density in the central business district and industrial dense area is the highest, and the population density in the area near the main road is significantly higher than that in other areas, and the population density in Xintang, Phoenix, Changxing, Longdong streets far from the city center is low as a whole, and the simulation results are consistent with the actual situation in the study area. In this paper, the data are available, the operation method is simple, and the estimation accuracy is high. The research improves the efficiency of architectural interpretation and classification, and truly reflects the spatial distribution characteristics of urban population. The modeling method and research ideas have certain popularization significance.
