【摘要】：正為全面貫徹落實全省醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生事業(yè)改革發(fā)展大會精神,貴州省岑鞏縣對"十三五"作出了安排部署,采取"四項措施"提速醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生體制改革工作。一是強化教育,吸納賢才、提供保障。依托學(xué)院,定向培養(yǎng)本科畢業(yè)生數(shù)量,五年內(nèi)免費培養(yǎng)為鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)衛(wèi)生院定向培養(yǎng)20名以上緊缺專業(yè)衛(wèi)生技術(shù)人才;鄉(xiāng)(鎮(zhèn))村醫(yī)務(wù)人員完成繼續(xù)教育回原單位工作所產(chǎn)生的費用分別給予50%和全額報銷,脫產(chǎn)進修深造,所需經(jīng)費由縣財政和用人單位承擔(dān);凡通過
[Abstract]:In order to fully implement the spirit of the Provincial Congress on the Reform and Development of Medical and Health undertakings, Cengong County, Guizhou Province, has made arrangements for the 13th five-year Plan and adopted "four measures" to speed up the reform of the medical and health system. First, strengthen education, absorb talented people, and provide protection. Relying on the college, targeted training of the number of undergraduate graduates, free training within five years for township health centers targeted training of more than 20 short of professional health technical personnel; township (town) village medical staff to complete continuing education to return to the original unit of work incurred by 50% and full reimbursement respectively, out of production and further study, the required funds shall be borne by the county finance and employers; where through the completion of continuing education and return to the original unit of work, the expenses incurred by the township (town) village medical personnel shall be borne by the county finance and the employing units.
