【摘要】：非自愿移民在承受整個社會轉型影響的同時,還受到工程建設帶來的被動遷移這一強制性社會變遷的影響。強制性社會變遷迫使非自愿移民離開熟悉的生產(chǎn)和生活環(huán)境,造成其人力資本積累中斷和能力受損,陷入貧困的境地。文章基于能力失靈的視角,建立了一個理解非自愿移民貧困的分析框架。并利用丹江口水庫移民的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),運用分位數(shù)回歸方法,證實了強制性社會變遷通過影響非自愿移民的人力資本、社會資本和態(tài)度而導致其能力受損的這一作用機理。
[Abstract]:Voluntary immigrants are not only affected by the influence of the whole social transformation, but also affected by the mandatory social changes of passive transfer brought about by engineering construction. The compulsory social change forces the involuntary immigrants to leave the familiar production and living environment, resulting in the interruption of their human capital accumulation and the damage of their ability, and falls into the situation of poverty. Based on the perspective of ability failure, this paper establishes an analytical framework to understand the poverty of involuntary immigrants. Based on the survey data of Danjiangkou reservoir migration and the quantitative regression method, this mechanism of compulsory social change affecting the human capital, social capital and attitude of involuntary immigrants is confirmed.
