【摘要】：本文采用2015年國家衛(wèi)生計(jì)生委流動人口動態(tài)監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù),以京津冀流動人口為樣本,重點(diǎn)研究京津冀地區(qū)流動人口的醫(yī)保參�，F(xiàn)狀以及醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)因素對流動人口長期居留意愿的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),京津冀流動人口醫(yī)保覆蓋率高,但本地參保率低,且本地參保情況與流動特征和職業(yè)特征密切相關(guān)。同時,醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)因素對京津冀三地流動人口的長期居留意愿均有顯著影響。
[Abstract]:Based on the dynamic monitoring data of the floating population of the State Health and Family Planning Commission in 2015, this paper takes the floating population of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei as a sample. This paper focuses on the current situation of medical insurance participation of floating population in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the influence of medical insurance factors on the long-term residence intention of floating population. It is found that the coverage rate of medical insurance for floating population in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei is high, but the local participation rate is low, and the local participation is closely related to the characteristics of mobility and occupation. At the same time, the medical insurance factors have a significant impact on the long-term residence desire of the floating population in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.
