【摘要】：正近年來,四川省宜賓市在推進(jìn)人口計生綜合改革中大力實施"健康共享"促進(jìn)工程,積極為群眾提供計劃生育、優(yōu)生優(yōu)育、生殖健康服務(wù),收到良好效果。實施"健康共享"促進(jìn)工程是深化綜合改革、創(chuàng)新服務(wù)機制的需要。通過全力打造"健康共享"服務(wù)品牌,推動人口計生發(fā)展模式多元化、工作載體新型化,推進(jìn)人口計生工作職能轉(zhuǎn)變、機制創(chuàng)新和服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型,可為統(tǒng)籌解決人口問題創(chuàng)造良好的運行環(huán)境。為了更好地了解群眾的需求,增強工程的針對性和有效性,2011年,我們在全市著力開展了"健康共享促進(jìn),需求調(diào)查先行"活動。對37 000余戶進(jìn)行了問卷、走訪、座談式需求
[Abstract]:In recent years, Yibin City, Sichuan Province, has vigorously implemented the "health sharing" promotion project in promoting the comprehensive reform of population planning and family planning, and has actively provided family planning, eugenics, and reproductive health services for the masses, and has received good results. Implementing "Health sharing" to promote the project is the need of deepening comprehensive reform and creating new service mechanism. We will make every effort to create a "healthy sharing" service brand, promote the diversification of population and family planning development models, and promote new types of work carriers, promote the transformation of population family planning work functions, and innovate mechanisms and transform services. It can create a good operating environment for the overall solution of population problems. In order to better understand the needs of the masses and enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of the project, in 2011, we launched the "Health sharing Promotion, demand Survey first" campaign throughout the city. More than 37,000 households were surveyed, interviewed, and the demand for discussion was discussed.
