【摘要】：在我國(guó)實(shí)施流動(dòng)人口市民化的新型城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略背景下,流動(dòng)人口的未來(lái)置房選擇與其社會(huì)融入水平和市民化程度緊密相關(guān)。本文依據(jù)2014年全國(guó)流動(dòng)人口動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)分析流動(dòng)人口的社會(huì)融入現(xiàn)狀,并建立二元Logistic回歸模型,探討社會(huì)融入因素對(duì)流動(dòng)人口未來(lái)置房選擇的影響。結(jié)果顯示,有48.56%的流動(dòng)人口未來(lái)選擇在城市置房;經(jīng)濟(jì)整合、制度匹配和文化接納、心理認(rèn)同程度越高,流動(dòng)人口在城市置房的可能性越大;而社會(huì)行為參與因素的影響作用并不顯著。為實(shí)現(xiàn)流動(dòng)人口在城市置房、進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)"市民化",就需要制定相關(guān)政策,增加他們的經(jīng)濟(jì)收入,破除城鄉(xiāng)二元戶籍制度,擴(kuò)大城鎮(zhèn)住房保障范圍,綜合提升流動(dòng)人口的文化歸屬感和身份認(rèn)同。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the new urbanization strategy of the floating population in our country, the choice of future house purchase is closely related to the level of social integration and the degree of urbanization of the floating population. Based on the dynamic monitoring data of the floating population in 2014, this paper analyzes the present situation of the floating population's social integration, and sets up a binary Logistic regression model to discuss the influence of the social inclusion factors on the choice of the future housing purchase of the floating population. The results showed that 48.56% of the floating population chose to buy a house in the city in the future, and the higher the degree of psychological identity, the greater the possibility of the floating population buying a house in the city, the higher the economic integration, the system matching and the cultural acceptance, the higher the degree of psychological identity. However, the influence of social behavior participation factors is not significant. In order to realize the floating population to buy a house in the city and then realize the "urbanization", it is necessary to formulate relevant policies, increase their economic income, break down the dual urban and rural household registration system, and expand the scope of urban housing security. Comprehensive promotion of the floating population's cultural sense of belonging and identity.
