【摘要】：正福建省平和縣地處海峽西岸閩南金三角的西南部,面積2334平方公里。近年來,平和縣人口計(jì)生局堅(jiān)持以科學(xué)發(fā)展觀為指導(dǎo),以爭(zhēng)創(chuàng)"群眾滿意的窗口服務(wù)單位"為抓手,以"強(qiáng)素質(zhì)、嚴(yán)管理、提效能、促發(fā)展"為主題,踐行"馬上就辦、辦就辦好"的服務(wù)承諾,著力規(guī)范窗口管理,優(yōu)化服務(wù)環(huán)境,創(chuàng)新服務(wù)舉措,提高服務(wù)水平,實(shí)現(xiàn)了"作風(fēng)更實(shí)、服務(wù)更優(yōu)、效能更高、形象更佳"的工作目標(biāo),為建設(shè)又富又美的幸福平和營(yíng)造了良好的人口環(huán)境。2012年,縣人口計(jì)生局榮獲了"全國(guó)陽光計(jì)生行動(dòng)示范單位"、"福建省人口計(jì)生工作二等獎(jiǎng)"等榮譽(yù)稱號(hào)。目前,全縣15個(gè)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)人口計(jì)生窗口被授予市級(jí)以上文明窗口有10個(gè),占66.6%。我們的主要做法是"突出四個(gè)注重,實(shí)現(xiàn)四個(gè)確保"。一、注重制度保障,確保窗口服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化按照《人口和計(jì)劃生育管理人員職業(yè)道德規(guī)范》,我們專門制訂了《關(guān)于進(jìn)一步規(guī)范人口計(jì)生文明窗口建設(shè)的通知》、《陽光計(jì)生行動(dòng)及文明窗口規(guī)范要求》等規(guī)章制度,嚴(yán)格實(shí)行
[Abstract]:Pinghe County, Fujian Province, is located in the southwest of the South Fujian Golden Triangle on the west side of the Strait, covering an area of 2334 square kilometers. In recent years, the Pingghe County population and Family Planning Bureau has insisted on taking the scientific development concept as the guide, taking the creation of "the window service units satisfied with the masses" as the starting point, taking "strong quality, strict management, raising efficiency and promoting development" as the theme, and practicing "doing it immediately."
