【摘要】：正為降低出生缺陷發(fā)生,提高出生人口素質(zhì),國(guó)家人口計(jì)生委、財(cái)政部共同組織,2010年起在全國(guó)18個(gè)省(市、自治區(qū))100縣(區(qū))實(shí)施"國(guó)家免費(fèi)孕前優(yōu)生健康檢查",201 1年擴(kuò)大到全國(guó)31個(gè)省(市、自冶區(qū))220個(gè)縣(區(qū)),2012年擴(kuò)大到全國(guó)60%的縣(市、區(qū))。作為全國(guó)計(jì)劃生育優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)先進(jìn)縣的安徽省蒙城縣是第一批試點(diǎn)單位,在實(shí)施過(guò)程中根據(jù)《國(guó)家免費(fèi)孕前優(yōu)生健康檢查項(xiàng)目試點(diǎn)工作技術(shù)服務(wù)規(guī)范(試行)》服務(wù)流程,對(duì)縣級(jí)直接服務(wù)流程、縣鄉(xiāng)共同服務(wù)流程模式進(jìn)行探討。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the occurrence of birth defects and improve the quality of the birth population, the State population and Family Planning Commission and the Ministry of Finance have jointly organized the implementation of the National Free Pre-pregnancy Health examination in 2010 in 100 counties (districts) of 18 provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions). In 201, it was expanded to 220 counties (districts) in 31 provinces (municipalities, autonomous districts) and 60% counties (municipalities, districts) in 2012. As the advanced county of national family planning high quality service, Mengcheng County of Anhui Province is the first batch of pilot units. In the process of implementation, according to the Technical Service Standard (trial) > service flow of the National Free Pre-pregnancy Health Inspection Project, This paper probes into the direct service flow at county level and the mode of common service flow at county and township level.
