【摘要】：地區(qū)的現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)需要通過人的現(xiàn)代化來實現(xiàn)。人的現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)指標(biāo)中人均GDP、人均城市建設(shè)用地及人均公園綠地面積等要求對這個地區(qū)的人口進(jìn)行控制。無錫市區(qū)的土地資源有限,所以本文根據(jù)能夠得到的數(shù)據(jù),從經(jīng)濟(jì)因素、城市建設(shè)面積、交通因素、公園綠地面積、水電資源以及環(huán)境資源等方面展開討論,運用單因素分析法和主成份分析法對相關(guān)人均指標(biāo)進(jìn)行分析,分別獲得2015年和2020年單因素條件下的無錫市區(qū)人口承載力和多因素條件下的無錫市區(qū)人口承載力。然后從經(jīng)濟(jì)、資源及環(huán)境等方面提出無錫市區(qū)未來的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。
[Abstract]:The modernization of the region needs to be realized through the modernization of human beings. The per capita GDP, per capita urban construction land and the per capita green space area of parks are required to control the population of this area in the index of human modernization construction. The land resources in Wuxi urban area are limited, so this paper discusses the economic factors, urban construction area, traffic factors, park green space area, hydropower resources and environmental resources according to the available data. By using single factor analysis and principal component analysis, the population carrying capacity of Wuxi urban area in 2015 and 2020 was obtained, respectively, and the population carrying capacity of Wuxi urban area under multi-factor condition was obtained. Then the future development strategy of Wuxi urban area is put forward from the aspects of economy, resources and environment.
