【摘要】：基于2013年上海市中心城區(qū)外來人員的綜合問卷調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),構(gòu)建外來人口長期居住意愿的Ordered Probit模型,發(fā)現(xiàn):上海外來人口的長期居住意愿受到居住證效應(yīng)、時間效應(yīng)、生活水平效應(yīng)、社會保障效應(yīng)等多因素影響,而年齡、性別、民族、戶口等因素對上海市外來人口長期居住意愿并不顯著。本實(shí)證研究的結(jié)論對于上海市改革居住證積分管理具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義,也為我國制定外來人口公共服務(wù)方面的政策提供了良好的借鑒。
[Abstract]:Based on the comprehensive questionnaire survey data of migrant population in the central city of Shanghai in 2013, this paper constructs the Ordered Probit model of the long-term residence intention of the foreign population, and finds that the long-term residence intention of the migrant population in Shanghai is affected by the residence permit effect and the time effect. Many factors, such as living standard effect, social security effect, etc., but age, sex, nationality, hukou and other factors have no significant effect on the long-term living intention of Shanghai's foreign population. The conclusion of this empirical study has certain guiding significance for the reform of residence permit integral management in Shanghai, and also provides a good reference for our country to formulate policies on the public service of the foreign population.
