【摘要】：評估普查計數(shù)的完整性已經(jīng)成為五年或十年一次的人口普查不可分割的一部分。評估通常采取質(zhì)量評估調(diào)查的方式。該調(diào)查建立在雙系統(tǒng)估計量基礎(chǔ)上�？紤]到普查登記質(zhì)量及人口移動因素,這三份人口登記名單可提供7個總體指標。由于質(zhì)量評估調(diào)查采取抽樣的方式進行,所以這些總體指標要用樣本來構(gòu)造其估計量。基于復雜抽樣方法形成的雙系統(tǒng)估計量沒有現(xiàn)成的方差公式計算其方差。通常使用分層刀切方差估計量近似計算雙系統(tǒng)估計量的方差。這需要計算第一步所有樣本抽樣單位的復制權(quán)數(shù)。本文將對雙系統(tǒng)估計量構(gòu)造的各個環(huán)節(jié)進行理論與實踐相結(jié)合的闡述,深入解析其中深層次的理論問題,為基礎(chǔ)理論研究做出貢獻,另外也將探討基于雙系統(tǒng)估計量的合成估計量在區(qū)域人口數(shù)目估計中的應用問題。
[Abstract]:Assessing the integrity of census counts has become an integral part of a five-or-ten-year census. Evaluation usually takes the form of a quality assessment survey. The survey is based on two-system estimators. Taking into account the quality of census registration and population movements, these three population registers can provide seven overall indicators. Because the quality assessment survey is conducted by sampling, these general indicators should be used to construct their estimates. The two-system estimator based on complex sampling method has no ready-made variance formula to calculate its variance. It is usually used to approximate the variance of the two-system estimator by using the stratified cutter cut variance estimator. This requires calculating the replication weights of all sample units in step 1. In this paper, the theoretical and practical aspects of the construction of double system estimators are expounded, and the deep theoretical problems are deeply analyzed, which will contribute to the basic theoretical research. In addition, the application of composite estimator based on double system estimator in regional population estimation is also discussed.
