【摘要】：本文將"婚姻家庭繼承類糾紛民事訴訟率"作為一個重要的家庭觀念代理變量,具體而言,設定一個地區(qū)"人均婚姻家庭繼承類糾紛的一審收案數(shù)"測度該地區(qū)平均意義上"家文化"影響的強度。實證分析部分采用2002 2014年山東省17地市的面板數(shù)據(jù),具體考察分析人口負擔比對儲蓄——消費影響關系中家庭觀念的作用,研究結果表明人口年齡結構變量(少兒人口負擔比、老年人口負擔比以及總人口負擔比)與居民消費率呈正相關關系,即滿足生命周期假說,也與大量的已有實證研究結論相一致;人口年齡結構變量與婚姻家庭繼承類民事糾紛訴訟率的交互項負向影響居民消費率,即更高的民事訴訟率表征更低的家庭情感緊密度、更低的家庭重要性認知,造成了對家庭中老年人和少兒的消費滿足降低,并且,從顯著性和估計系數(shù)來看,對少兒的影響要大于對老年人的影響。
[Abstract]:This paper regards "civil litigation rate of matrimonial and family inheritance disputes" as an important agent variable of family concept, specifically speaking, Setting up a region "the number of cases in the first instance of the per capita marital and family inheritance disputes" measures the intensity of the influence of "family culture" in the average sense of the region. The empirical analysis part uses the panel data of 17 cities in Shandong Province in 2002 and 2014 to investigate and analyze the effect of the population burden ratio on the impact of saving and consumption. The results show that the population age structure variable (the ratio of the children's population to the burden). The elderly population burden ratio and the total population burden ratio) are positively correlated with the consumption rate, that is, satisfying the life cycle hypothesis, and also consistent with a large number of empirical research conclusions; The interaction between the population age structure variable and the civil dispute litigation rate of marriage and family inheritance negatively affects the consumption rate, that is, the higher civil litigation rate represents the lower family emotional compactness and the lower family importance cognition. As a result, the consumption satisfaction of the elderly and the children in the family is reduced, and the influence on the children is greater than that on the elderly in terms of significance and estimation coefficient.
