【摘要】：空巢家庭的本質特征是子女的"缺位"。改革開放以來的快速城鎮(zhèn)化是我國農村空巢老人激增的重要原因,同時以人為核心的新型城鎮(zhèn)化為農村空巢老人權益保障提供了新視角。以人為核心的新型城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展應當為各年齡階段群體流遷入城鎮(zhèn)創(chuàng)造公平的制度環(huán)境和包容的文化環(huán)境。因此,在城鎮(zhèn)化視角審視下,替代策略和流動策略是當前農村空巢老人權益保障的必要選擇。
[Abstract]:The essential characteristic of empty nest family is the absence of children. The rapid urbanization since the reform and opening up is an important reason for the proliferation of empty nest elderly in rural areas. Meanwhile, the new type of urbanization with people as the core provides a new perspective for the protection of the rights and interests of the rural empty-nest elderly. The development of new urbanization with people as the core should create a fair institutional environment and an inclusive cultural environment for groups of different ages to move into cities and towns. Therefore, from the perspective of urbanization, substitution strategy and mobile strategy are the necessary choice of the rural empty-nest old people's rights and interests protection.
