【摘要】：本文依據(jù)國家計生委2011年對吉林省中朝邊境地區(qū)人口流動的抽樣調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),運用非參數(shù)及半?yún)?shù)的生存分析模型對外流人口特征、流動影響因素進(jìn)行研究,同時分析了人口外流對該地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)及社會發(fā)展的影響。實證結(jié)果表明:年輕、受過良好教育的個體是外流人口中的主力,且韓國為其主要流入地;民族因素顯著的影響個體選擇,但性別影響并不顯著;最后,盡管外出個體匯款對該地區(qū)GDP有一定貢獻(xiàn),但勞動力的嚴(yán)重流失不僅抑制了當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)長期發(fā)展,同時也導(dǎo)致了人口老齡化等社會問題。因此,為了發(fā)展地方特色經(jīng)濟(jì),當(dāng)?shù)卣跒槲叨巳瞬�、招商引資創(chuàng)造條件的同時,還應(yīng)采取措施避免受過良好教育的勞動力進(jìn)一步外流,以期促進(jìn)當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Based on the sampling survey data of population flow in the border area between China and North Korea in Jilin Province in 2011, this paper studies the characteristics of the outflow population and the influencing factors of the flow by using the non-parametric and semi-parametric survival analysis model. At the same time, the impact of population outflow on the economic and social development of the region is analyzed. The empirical results show that: young, well-educated individuals are the main outflow population, and South Korea is its main place of entry; ethnic factors significantly affect individual selection, but gender impact is not significant; finally, Although individual remittances contribute to the GDP of the region, the serious loss of labor force not only inhibits the long-term development of the local economy, but also leads to social problems such as the aging of the population. Therefore, in order to develop the local characteristic economy, the local government should take measures to avoid the further outflow of well-educated labor force while creating conditions for attracting high-end talents and attracting investment, in order to promote the sustainable development of local economy.
