城市“雙非一孩”育齡女性的就業(yè)狀態(tài)對其二胎生育抉擇的影響

【摘要】：運用全國12城市2536名"雙非一孩"育齡婦女的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),了解她們的二胎生育抉擇,并進一步揭示其就業(yè)狀態(tài)對其二胎生育抉擇的影響,在"雙非一孩"育齡婦女中,有26.9%的人想再生一個孩子;而模型結(jié)果表明,她們的二胎生育抉擇已經(jīng)擺脫了傳統(tǒng)的性別偏好的影響,但她們具體的工作狀態(tài)、工作努力程度、對事業(yè)發(fā)展的看重程度、工作與家庭的沖突等都對其二胎生育抉擇沒有顯著影響,而育齡婦女的職業(yè)發(fā)展雖然對其二胎生育抉擇有一定影響,但這種影響卻并非是消極的,最低程度而言,她們對事業(yè)發(fā)展的追求不會成為她們二胎生育抉擇的阻礙。同時,育齡婦女的就業(yè)狀態(tài)對二胎生育抉擇的影響主要體現(xiàn)在工作單位的性質(zhì)上,即國家機關(guān)、事業(yè)單位育齡婦女想再生一個孩子的發(fā)生比最大,國有企業(yè)、私營企業(yè)次之,合資外資企業(yè)育齡婦女想再生一個孩子的發(fā)生比最低。
[Abstract]:Based on the survey data of 2536 women of childbearing age in 12 cities of China, this paper explores their choice of second child, and further reveals the influence of their employment status on their choice of second child. Among the women of childbearing age of "double non-one-child", 26.9% of them want to have another child, and the results of the model show that their choice of second child has been removed from the influence of traditional gender preference, but their specific work status, degree of work effort, and importance to their career development. The conflict between work and family has no significant effect on the choice of second child, while the career development of women of reproductive age has some influence on the choice of second child, but this influence is not negative, at least, Their pursuit of career development will not be an obstacle to their choice of a second child. At the same time, the employment status of women of childbearing age affects the choice of second child mainly in the nature of the work unit, that is, state organs, institutions, women of reproductive age who want to have a child have the highest incidence ratio, state-owned enterprises and private enterprises take the second place. The ratio of women of childbearing age wanting to have another child is the lowest in the joint venture.
