【摘要】：20世紀(jì)70年代,中國(guó)開始推行計(jì)劃生育政策,提倡"一對(duì)夫婦生育一個(gè)子女";2013年11月啟動(dòng)"單獨(dú)兩孩"政策;2016年1月1日實(shí)施"全面兩孩"政策。生育政策的調(diào)整和完善不僅是國(guó)家發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的要求,也與婦女及其家庭的需求和利益密切相關(guān)。婦女是生育的主體,"全面兩孩"政策的實(shí)施要兼顧婦女發(fā)展,才能使政策盡快落地。為促進(jìn)"全面兩孩"政策的貫徹落實(shí),幫助男女兩性更好地平衡工作與家庭,推動(dòng)性別平等與婦女發(fā)展,創(chuàng)造對(duì)婦女發(fā)展友好的社會(huì)環(huán)境,《婦女研究論叢》編輯部邀請(qǐng)有關(guān)專家,就如何完善相關(guān)法律政策、出臺(tái)配套措施、加大社會(huì)服務(wù)供給、借鑒國(guó)際經(jīng)驗(yàn)等問(wèn)題進(jìn)行深入探討。
[Abstract]:In the 1970s, China began to implement the family planning policy, advocating "one child for one couple"; launched the "two children alone" policy in November 2013; and implemented the "two children in an all-round way" policy on January 1, 2016. The adjustment and improvement of the fertility policy is not only the requirement of the national development strategy, but also closely related to the needs and interests of women and their families. In order to promote the implementation of the policy, help men and women better balance work and family, promote gender equality and women's development, and create a friendly social environment for women's development, editors of the Women's Studies Series The Ministry invites relevant experts to conduct in-depth discussions on how to improve relevant laws and policies, introduce supporting measures, increase the supply of social services, and draw on international experience.
