文章摘要：基于第六次鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)級(jí)人口普查數(shù)據(jù),利用GIS技術(shù)展示陜西省人口信息的空間分異格局,通過(guò)計(jì)算Moran’s I指數(shù)、信息熵、分異指數(shù)、隔離指數(shù)等空間自相關(guān)和空間分異指標(biāo),結(jié)合地貌、資源、產(chǎn)業(yè)等地域特征,得出陜西省人口數(shù)量、屬性及不同社會(huì)群體的空間分異特征,探討其內(nèi)在機(jī)理并提出政策建議。

Abstr：The population data of Shaanxi Province was extracted from the Township Census Data of China in 2010 pressed by the National Bureau of Statistics in Dec. 2012. The Administrative map of Shaanxi Province in township level was extracted from the sharing plafform（） of the earth system science data. The population information spatial database of Shaanxi Province was established by using ArcGIS 10.0 software based on the above data. The spatial trend surface of the population number, population gender ratio, family size, aged people, children, working age population and the foreign population of Shaanxi Province were drawled by the lo- cal interpolation based on the method of inverse distance weighted. The mechanism of population spatial differen- tiation was studied by using Moran＇s I index, information entropy, differentiation index, separation index, et al., and according to the characteristics of topographic features, resources and industries in different region, the fol- lowing conclusions were got： There appears significant positive correlation of population spatial differentiation in the whole province. The most dense population is in the Guanzhong Area （Middle Shaanxi）, followed is in the Southern Shaanxi Area, and less in Northern Shaanxi Area. The gender ratio differentiation of the permanent resi- dent population was related with the industry structure and family gender preference. And the family size is small- er in the cities than in the rural areas, by contraries, family size of Southem Shaanxi Area and Northern Shaanxi Area is smaller than in Guanzhong Area （Middle Shaanxi）.
