【摘要】：本文基于浙江省2513個(gè)進(jìn)城農(nóng)民工樣本,應(yīng)用描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)方法對(duì)農(nóng)民工的就業(yè)狀況和社會(huì)保障進(jìn)行分析,并建立有序Probit模型對(duì)新老兩代農(nóng)民工及不同性別農(nóng)民工的城市間再流動(dòng)意愿的影響因素進(jìn)行了探討。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),就業(yè)狀況、社會(huì)保障對(duì)農(nóng)民工的城市間再流動(dòng)意愿產(chǎn)生了重要的影響。此外,家庭結(jié)構(gòu)、流動(dòng)狀況、受教育程度等因素也是影響農(nóng)民工的城市間再流動(dòng)意愿的重要因素。這些因素的影響存在著一定的性別差異與代別差異。
[Abstract]:Based on 2513 migrant workers in Zhejiang province, the employment status and social security of migrant workers are analyzed by descriptive statistical method. An orderly probit model was established to explore the influencing factors of the reflow willingness of the new and old generations of migrant workers and migrant workers of different genders. It is found that the employment situation and social security have an important influence on the willingness of migrant workers to reflow between cities. In addition, family structure, mobility, education and other factors are also important factors affecting the willingness of migrant workers to reflow between cities. The influence of these factors has certain gender difference and generation difference.
