西安城市大型超市與人口空間分布關(guān)聯(lián)分析

【摘要】:空間中兩個地理事物分布的耦合性檢驗是地理信息空間分析的一項重要內(nèi)容,而零售業(yè)商業(yè)網(wǎng)點和人口作為商業(yè)地理學(xué)的主要研究對象,二者的空間分布有著密切的聯(lián)系。作為零售業(yè)中一種典型的業(yè)態(tài)形式,伴隨著居民消費觀念的轉(zhuǎn)變,大型超市自出現(xiàn)時就呈現(xiàn)出迅猛的發(fā)展勢頭,由于與居民的日常生活息息相關(guān),使得大型超市具有較強的人口依賴性,其網(wǎng)點的設(shè)置主要依據(jù)居住區(qū)人口來確定,二者在空間格局上呈現(xiàn)出較強的一致性。 西安市作為我國中西部地區(qū)人口最多、城市規(guī)模最大、零售業(yè)發(fā)展水平最高、大型超市數(shù)量最多的城市,其大型超市與人口空間分布的關(guān)聯(lián)性比較明顯,其研究代表性和樣本的典型性相對較好。本文依據(jù)2010年西安市大型超市地理空間的位置信息和數(shù)量信息資料以及第六次人口普查的數(shù)據(jù)資料,主要運用大型超市與人口空間分布的關(guān)聯(lián)模型,對西安城市大型超市與人口空間分布的關(guān)聯(lián)性進(jìn)行探討,以西安城市兩種不同尺度的區(qū)域進(jìn)行實證研究,第一是市轄區(qū)尺度的大型超市與人口空間分布關(guān)系分析,以西安城市研究范圍內(nèi)各行政區(qū)大型超市與人口數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),利用大型超市分布密度與人口分布密度兩個指標(biāo)衡量西安城市各行政區(qū)大型超市與人口空間分布的協(xié)調(diào)程度,并探討其空間分布特征;第二是街道辦事處尺度的大型超市與人口空間分布關(guān)系分析,以西安城市研究范圍內(nèi)各街道辦事處大型超市與人口數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),利用大型超市分布密度與人口分布密度兩個指標(biāo)衡量西安城市各街道辦事處大型超市與人口空間分布的協(xié)調(diào)程度,并探討其空間分布特征。 通過本文的研究,可以發(fā)現(xiàn),基于人口分布的西安市大型超市空間分布存在很多問題,不同的行政區(qū)以及各街道辦事處的大型超市分布的問題也不盡相同,有的區(qū)域單元大型超市發(fā)展過度,布局超前,有的區(qū)域單元大型超市發(fā)展滯后,布局還需要進(jìn)一步完善和補充,應(yīng)該針對各個區(qū)域單元的不同問題合理調(diào)整和優(yōu)化大型超市的空間分布。
[Abstract]:The coupling test of the distribution of two geographical things in space is an important content in the spatial analysis of geographical information. As the main research object of commercial geography, retail commercial network and population have close relationship. As a typical form of retail business, with the change of residents' consumption concept, the supermarket has been developing rapidly since it appeared, because it is closely related to the daily life of the residents. The large supermarket has a strong population dependence, the establishment of its network is mainly determined by the population of residential areas, and the spatial pattern of the two has a strong consistency. Xi'an is the city with the largest population, the largest urban scale, the highest level of retail development and the largest number of large supermarkets in the central and western regions of China. Its research representativeness and sample's typicality are relatively good. Based on the location and quantity information of large supermarkets in Xi'an in 2010 and the data of the sixth census, this paper mainly uses the correlation model between large supermarkets and population spatial distribution. This paper probes into the relationship between large supermarkets and population spatial distribution in Xi'an, and makes an empirical study on the two different scales of Xi'an city. The first is the analysis of the relationship between large supermarkets and population spatial distribution in the scale of city districts. Based on the data of large supermarkets and population in Xi'an city research area, the coordination degree between large supermarkets and population spatial distribution in Xi'an city is measured by using the distribution density and population density of large supermarkets. The second is the analysis of the relationship between the large-scale supermarkets and the population distribution on the scale of street offices, which is based on the large supermarkets and population data of the sub-district offices within the scope of Xi'an urban research. By using the two indexes of distribution density and population density of large supermarkets, the coordination degree between large supermarkets and population spatial distribution in Xi'an city subdistrict offices is measured, and its spatial distribution characteristics are discussed. Through the study of this paper, we can find that there are many problems in the spatial distribution of large supermarkets in Xi'an based on population distribution, and the distribution problems of large supermarkets in different administrative districts and sub-district offices are also different. Some regional unit supermarkets are overdeveloped and the layout is ahead of schedule, while some regional unit supermarkets are lagging behind, and the layout still needs to be further improved and supplemented. The spatial distribution of large supermarkets should be adjusted and optimized according to the different problems of each regional unit.
