老齡化、隔代撫育與農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力遷移——基于微觀家庭決策視角的研究

【摘要】:文章基于微觀家庭決策視角構(gòu)建勞動(dòng)力遷移模型,探究了老齡化對(duì)農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力外出就業(yè)的影響,利用中國(guó)家庭追蹤調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),若只考慮就業(yè)擠出效應(yīng),老齡化會(huì)抑制農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力遷移,而若老年人從事隔代撫育則會(huì)促進(jìn)農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力外出就業(yè)。中低齡、女性和健康老年人提供了更多的隔代撫育,老齡化對(duì)年輕、男性和高學(xué)歷農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力的影響更小,養(yǎng)老撫幼責(zé)任主要由年長(zhǎng)、女性和高中以下學(xué)歷的勞動(dòng)力承擔(dān),隔代撫育對(duì)勞動(dòng)力遷移的促進(jìn)效應(yīng)主要作用于年輕和低學(xué)歷勞動(dòng)力。分析結(jié)果還顯示,養(yǎng)老壓力對(duì)我國(guó)農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力遷移的負(fù)效應(yīng)自東向西逐漸減小,對(duì)資產(chǎn)水平較低的底層家庭影響更為顯著。
[Abstract]:Based on the micro family decision-making perspective, this paper constructs a labor migration model, explores the impact of aging on rural labor force out employment, and makes an empirical analysis by using the Chinese family tracking survey data. It is found that if only the effect of employment crowding out is considered, aging will restrain the migration of rural labor force, while if the elderly are engaged in the care of other generations, it will promote the rural labor force to go out for employment. In the middle and low ages, women and the healthy elderly provide more intergenerational care. Ageing has less impact on young, male and highly educated rural labor force. The responsibility for caring for the aged and the children is mainly borne by the older, female, and post-high school educated labor force. The promoting effect of intergenerational upbringing on labor migration mainly affects young and low-educated labor force. The results also show that the negative effects of old-age pressure on rural labor migration gradually decrease from east to west, and it has more significant impact on the bottom families with lower asset level.
