【摘要】：正新中國(guó)成立以來(lái),在我國(guó)探索從傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)社會(huì)向工業(yè)社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型、實(shí)現(xiàn)民族偉大復(fù)興的進(jìn)程中,人口問(wèn)題是制約我國(guó)走上現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展之路的瓶頸。為了在經(jīng)濟(jì)起飛階段形成良好的人口環(huán)境,我國(guó)對(duì)人口發(fā)展開始實(shí)施有計(jì)劃管理和調(diào)控。經(jīng)過(guò)三十多年的探索和實(shí)踐,我國(guó)逐步形成了系統(tǒng)的人口政策體系,在人口轉(zhuǎn)變上創(chuàng)造了奇跡,我國(guó)的總和生育率從20世紀(jì)70年代的5.8下降到本世紀(jì)初的1.8左右,實(shí)現(xiàn)了人口再生產(chǎn)類型的轉(zhuǎn)變,為經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展創(chuàng)造了優(yōu)良的人口環(huán)境,走出了一條具有中國(guó)特色的人口發(fā)展道路。然而,隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展和社會(huì)的急速轉(zhuǎn)型,人口與社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展
[Abstract]:Since the founding of New China, in the process of exploring the transition from traditional agricultural society to industrial society and realizing the great national rejuvenation, the population problem is the bottleneck restricting our country to embark on the road of modernization development. In order to form a good population environment in the stage of economic take-off, China has begun to carry out planned management and regulation of population development. After more than 30 years of exploration and practice, China has gradually formed a systematic population policy system, which has created a miracle in population transformation. The total fertility rate of our country has fallen from 5.8 in the 1970s to about 1.8 at the beginning of this century. It has realized the transformation of population reproduction type, created a fine population environment for economic and social development, and set out a path of population development with Chinese characteristics. However, with the rapid development of China's economy and the rapid transformation of society, population and social economy are developing.
