【摘要】：城市化有助于轉(zhuǎn)變?cè)鲩L(zhǎng)方式和縮小發(fā)展差距,但伴隨著城市人口的激增,城市資源環(huán)境也在不斷受到威脅,因此,城市適度人口將是未來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)城市可持續(xù)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵�；谖墨I(xiàn)綜述視角,對(duì)城市化進(jìn)程中適度人口問(wèn)題展開(kāi)新的思考,并總結(jié)出三個(gè)方面的主要結(jié)論:第一,城市化進(jìn)程中必須考慮城市人口與資源環(huán)境的協(xié)調(diào)問(wèn)題,而實(shí)現(xiàn)這種協(xié)調(diào)的最優(yōu)選擇是考慮城市適度人口;第二,城市化進(jìn)程中的適度人口不是靜態(tài)上的適度,而是需要探索城市資源環(huán)境承載力的提升目標(biāo),形成動(dòng)態(tài)上的城市適度人口空間;第三,城市適度人口也不僅僅是數(shù)量上的測(cè)度,而是要探索從城市實(shí)際人口到適度人口的實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑。最終,通過(guò)城市人口的"數(shù)量"和"質(zhì)量"適度來(lái)加快我國(guó)城市化進(jìn)程。
[Abstract]:Urbanization helps to change the growth mode and narrow the development gap, but with the rapid increase of urban population, the urban resources and environment are constantly threatened. Therefore, the urban moderate population will be the key to realize the sustainable development of the city in the future. Based on the perspective of literature review, this paper presents a new thinking on the issue of moderate population in the process of urbanization, and concludes three main conclusions: first, the coordination between urban population and resources and environment must be considered in the process of urbanization. The optimal choice to realize this kind of coordination is to consider the moderate population of the city; second, the moderate population in the urbanization process is not the moderate in the static state, but the goal of enhancing the carrying capacity of the urban resources and environment should be explored. Third, the urban moderate population is not only a quantitative measure, but also to explore the realization path from the actual urban population to the moderate population. Finally, the urbanization process of our country is accelerated by "quantity" and "quality" of urban population.
