【摘要】：正貴州省黔西南布依族苗族自治州把提升計(jì)劃生育優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)水平作為人口計(jì)生工作的重要抓手,多措并舉提升優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)工作水平,積極推動(dòng)和構(gòu)建民族地區(qū)誠(chéng)信計(jì)生、和諧計(jì)生。強(qiáng)化責(zé)任監(jiān)督,加大重視力度。州委、州政府出臺(tái)掛牌督導(dǎo)方案,縣(市、試驗(yàn)區(qū))分別由州四大班子分管聯(lián)系領(lǐng)導(dǎo)掛牌督導(dǎo),對(duì)所督導(dǎo)縣(市、試驗(yàn)區(qū))包括計(jì)生優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)在內(nèi)的人口計(jì)生工作實(shí)行責(zé)任包保�？h(市、試驗(yàn)區(qū))參照?qǐng)?zhí)行,明確副縣級(jí)以上領(lǐng)導(dǎo)包保聯(lián)系鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)、衛(wèi)計(jì)工作部門領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子成員包鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)。落實(shí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)掛牌包保責(zé)任在州與縣、縣與鄉(xiāng)(鎮(zhèn)、街道)在考核目標(biāo)上的共同"捆
