【摘要】：在諸多學(xué)者研究的基礎(chǔ)上,從"就業(yè)時間"和"勞動合同簽訂"兩個維度對"就業(yè)穩(wěn)定性"進行了界定,利用樣本調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)對影響南疆流動人口就業(yè)穩(wěn)定性的個體特征、就業(yè)特征、雇主特征三大類13個自變量進行了Logistic回歸模型的多因素對照研究,結(jié)果顯示,漢族、城鎮(zhèn)組、已婚有子女組、35~44歲組、月收入7000~7999元組流動人口的就業(yè)穩(wěn)定性較高,而"租住房"組、"農(nóng)戶"組、"中外合資"組、"與當(dāng)?shù)鼐用裣嗵幰话?組流動人口的就業(yè)穩(wěn)定性較差。
[Abstract]:On the basis of many scholars' research, this paper defines the employment stability from the two dimensions of "employment time" and "labor contract signing", and makes use of the sample survey data to analyze the individual characteristics that affect the employment stability of the floating population in southern Xinjiang. In this paper, 13 independent variables of three categories of employment and employer characteristics were studied by Logistic regression model. The results showed that the floating population of Han nationality, urban group, married group with children (35 ~ 44 years old) and monthly income of 7 000 yuan (7999 yuan) had higher employment stability. However, the employment stability of the floating population in the groups of "rental housing", "peasant household", "Sino-foreign joint venture" and "getting along with local residents" is poor.
