【摘要】：不平等在代際間傳遞不利于社會的穩(wěn)定和可持續(xù)發(fā)展,本文旨在考察計劃生育對代際不平等傳遞的影響。利用中國家庭追蹤調(diào)查(CFPS)2010年數(shù)據(jù),本文基于個體代際流動的微觀視角從人力資本與社會資本兩條途徑進行實證檢驗,研究發(fā)現(xiàn),計劃生育通過縮小家庭規(guī)模促進了個體向上代際流動。進一步的檢驗發(fā)現(xiàn),家庭規(guī)模效應(yīng)在男女、城鄉(xiāng)之間存在異質(zhì)性。最后,我們對家庭規(guī)模效應(yīng)進行分解,發(fā)現(xiàn)一方面兄弟姐妹通過減少個體受教育年限降低了個體向上流動的可能,另一方面兄弟姐妹作為個體的社會資本,兄弟姐妹越多,其向上流動的概率越大。本文為深入理解代際不平等傳遞的微觀機制提供了新思路,同時也為事后客觀評估計劃生育的政策后果提供了微觀依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The transmission of inequality between generations is not conducive to the stability and sustainable development of society. This paper aims to investigate the impact of family planning on the transmission of inequality between generations. Based on the data of China Household tracking Survey (CFPS) in 2010, this paper makes an empirical test from two ways of human capital and social capital based on the microscopic perspective of individual intergenerational mobility, and finds that, Family planning promotes the upward intergenerational mobility of individuals by reducing the family size. Further tests show that there is heterogeneity between men and women and between urban and rural areas. Finally, we decompose the family size effect and find that on the one hand, brothers and sisters reduce the likelihood of upward mobility by reducing the number of years of individual education, on the other hand, brothers and sisters as individual social capital, the more brothers and sisters, The higher the probability of its upward flow. This paper provides a new way to understand the micro mechanism of the transmission of intergenerational inequality, and provides a microcosmic basis for the objective evaluation of the policy consequences of family planning afterwards.
