【摘要】： 人口問題始終是中國面臨的嚴(yán)峻問題,其中出生性別比失衡一直是備受學(xué)界關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)問題。人口是一個社會的重要組成成分,也是現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的關(guān)鍵性因素,它涉及經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會、管理、政治等方方面面,關(guān)系到社會各個層面的利益。其中,出生性別比作為一個重要因素,從起點(diǎn)上影響著我國人口的未來走向,從社會、經(jīng)濟(jì)及政治層面給國家發(fā)展帶來廣泛、深刻和長遠(yuǎn)的影響,也使中國社會在未來可能面臨巨大的風(fēng)險,并直接威脅到國家的人口安全與社會和諧。 出生性別比的失衡影響著一個國家的人口結(jié)構(gòu),而人口結(jié)構(gòu)的變化又對一國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生著重要的影響。當(dāng)前我國的出生性別比失衡狀況十分嚴(yán)重,直接影響著我國的人口再生產(chǎn)、婚育行為,此外性別結(jié)構(gòu)亦是政府制定人口及經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會等其他領(lǐng)域的政策和方針的依據(jù)。 本文從江西省出生人口性別比的現(xiàn)狀入手進(jìn)行分析,分別介紹江西省出生人口性別比的變化、江西省出生人口性別比的特征;此外對江西省出生人口性別比失衡的原因及影響作了分析:包括人口性別比失衡的原因分析和出生人口性別比失衡帶來的影響兩個部分的內(nèi)容;最后針對上述問題提出解決江西省人口性別比問題的對策。這些對策從江西省省情出發(fā)并符合當(dāng)前的國情,吸納了國外治理中的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),以期能為解決我國出生人口性別比失衡的問題提供一定的借鑒。
[Abstract]:Population problem has always been a severe problem in China, in which the imbalance of birth sex ratio has been the focus of academic attention. Population is not only an important component of a society, but also a key factor in the modernization drive. It involves economic, social, management, political and other aspects, and relates to the interests of all levels of society. Among them, the birth sex ratio, as an important factor, affects the future direction of our population from the starting point, and has a broad, profound and long-term impact on the country's development from the social, economic and political levels. It also makes Chinese society face huge risks in the future, and directly threatens the country's population security and social harmony. The imbalance of birth sex ratio affects the population structure of a country, and the change of population structure has an important impact on the economic and social development of a country. At present, the imbalance of birth sex ratio in China is very serious, which directly affects the reproduction of population and the behavior of marriage and childbearing. In addition, the gender structure is also the basis for the government to formulate policies and guidelines in other fields such as population, economy, society and so on. Based on the analysis of the present situation of the sex ratio of the birth population in Jiangxi Province, this paper introduces the changes of the sex ratio of the birth population in Jiangxi Province and the characteristics of the sex ratio of the birth population in Jiangxi Province. In addition, the causes and effects of the sex ratio imbalance of the birth population in Jiangxi Province are analyzed, including the cause analysis of the sex ratio imbalance of the population and the impact of the sex ratio imbalance of the birth population. Finally, the countermeasures to solve the problem of population sex ratio in Jiangxi Province are put forward. These countermeasures are based on the situation of Jiangxi Province and accord with the current situation and absorb the advanced experience of foreign governance in order to provide some reference for solving the problem of the imbalance of the sex ratio of the birth population in our country.
