【摘要】：正我國現(xiàn)有的人口調(diào)控方式目前,針對(duì)許多城市出現(xiàn)的城市規(guī)模膨脹、人口畸形集中、貧富差距擴(kuò)大、環(huán)境污染加劇、交通擁堵嚴(yán)重等城市病,包括政府在內(nèi)的社會(huì)各方都將其歸因于人多,從而在實(shí)踐中產(chǎn)生了直接的行政限制和間接的經(jīng)濟(jì)疏導(dǎo)兩種人口調(diào)控方式。直接的行政限制方式主要是通過設(shè)置門檻控制流動(dòng)人口進(jìn)入,通常采用與福利保障相捆綁的戶籍制度來達(dá)
[Abstract]:At present, in view of the expansion of urban scale, the concentration of population anomalies, the widening gap between the rich and the poor, the worsening of environmental pollution, the serious traffic congestion and other urban diseases in many cities, the existing ways of population control in China are now. All social parties, including the government, attribute it to the large number of people, which has resulted in direct administrative restrictions and indirect economic diversion in the practice of population regulation and control. The direct way of administrative restriction is mainly by setting a threshold to control the entry of the floating population, usually through the household registration system bundled with welfare protection.
