基于人口統(tǒng)計學(xué)特征的高管戰(zhàn)略信念差異化研究

【摘要】:戰(zhàn)略管理理論中,戰(zhàn)略的形成歷來是學(xué)者們爭論的焦點(diǎn)。戰(zhàn)略管理十大學(xué)派對戰(zhàn)略的形成各持己見,而戰(zhàn)略認(rèn)知學(xué)派認(rèn)為戰(zhàn)略形成于企業(yè)家的思想世界,而這種思想世界就是高管的信念。近年來,,高管戰(zhàn)略信念這一領(lǐng)域引起了很多學(xué)者的關(guān)注。戰(zhàn)略信念的測量是當(dāng)前該領(lǐng)域研究的重點(diǎn),但戰(zhàn)略信念復(fù)雜性、難以捕捉等特點(diǎn)給戰(zhàn)略信念的測量帶來一定的困難。相關(guān)研究表明,高管戰(zhàn)略信念與人口統(tǒng)計學(xué)特征是有一定聯(lián)系的,但人口統(tǒng)計學(xué)特征(性別、年齡、學(xué)歷、任期等)不能反映高管戰(zhàn)略信念的全部內(nèi)容。目前國內(nèi)外關(guān)于這一領(lǐng)域的研究較少,人口統(tǒng)計學(xué)特征(性別、年齡、學(xué)歷、任期等)與高管戰(zhàn)略信念兩者的聯(lián)系也不是很明確。 本文首先通過文獻(xiàn)閱讀法闡述戰(zhàn)略信念的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,指出現(xiàn)階段的研究進(jìn)展與其不足之處。然后通過實(shí)地調(diào)查與訪談,對影響高管戰(zhàn)略決策的因素進(jìn)行歸納與總結(jié),并利用模糊認(rèn)知圖技術(shù)表達(dá)高管戰(zhàn)略信念。最后,作者對企業(yè)高管進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,探討高管個體特征(性別、年齡、學(xué)歷、任期)差異與戰(zhàn)略信念差異之間的關(guān)系。運(yùn)用描述性統(tǒng)計分析、相關(guān)分析和回歸分析等方法對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理分析。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)高管性別差異與戰(zhàn)略信念差異沒有相關(guān)關(guān)系;(2)高管年齡差異與戰(zhàn)略信念差異呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系;(3)高管學(xué)歷差異與戰(zhàn)略信念差異呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系;(4)高管任期差異與戰(zhàn)略信念差異呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系。高管戰(zhàn)略信念這一研究領(lǐng)域應(yīng)該引起足夠的重視,因?yàn)樵擃I(lǐng)域的研究對企業(yè)的實(shí)際運(yùn)用和戰(zhàn)略管理理論的完善都有非常重要的價值。
[Abstract]:In the theory of strategic management, the formation of strategy has always been the focus of debate among scholars. The ten schools of strategic management hold their own opinions on the formation of strategy, while the strategic cognitive school thinks that strategy is formed in the thought world of entrepreneurs, and this world of thought is the belief of executives. In recent years, the field of executive strategic belief has attracted the attention of many scholars. The measurement of strategic belief is the focus of current research in this field, but the complexity of strategic belief and its difficulty in capturing bring some difficulties to the measurement of strategic belief. Related studies show that senior executives' strategic beliefs are related to demographic characteristics, but demographics (sex, age, education, tenure, etc.) can not reflect the whole content of senior executives' strategic beliefs. At present, there are few studies on this field at home and abroad, and the relationship between demographic characteristics (sex, age, education, tenure, etc.) and executive strategic beliefs is not very clear. In this paper, the current research situation of strategic belief at home and abroad is expounded through literature reading, and the research progress and its shortcomings are pointed out. Then through field investigation and interviews, the factors that affect the strategic decision of senior executives are summarized and summarized, and the fuzzy cognitive map technology is used to express the strategic beliefs of senior executives. Finally, the author conducts an empirical study on the relationship between the differences of individual characteristics (gender, age, education, tenure) and strategic beliefs. Descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis are used to process the data. The result of the study shows that there is no correlation between gender difference and strategic belief difference of senior executives. (2) Age difference of senior executives is positively correlated with differences in strategic beliefs. 3) academic background differences of senior executives are positively correlated with differences in strategic beliefs. There is a positive correlation between period difference and strategic belief difference. The research field of executive strategic belief should be paid enough attention because the research in this field is of great value to the practical application of enterprises and the perfection of the theory of strategic management.
