【摘要】：文章利用人口普查數(shù)據(jù)及其他人口統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用空間分析方法,對長江中游城市群的人口遷移空間格局及演化態(tài)勢進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明,長江中游城市群人口大規(guī)模外流,導(dǎo)致地區(qū)人口紅利流失;自2010年以來,隨著國務(wù)院《促進(jìn)中部地區(qū)崛起規(guī)劃》通過以及全國經(jīng)濟(jì)中心西移,長江中游城市群開始出現(xiàn)人口回流趨勢,"空巢"城市群發(fā)展迎來新契機(jī)。文章既為中國人口回流研究提供實例支持,又為加快吸引人口回流的政策制定提供了科學(xué)依據(jù)和對策參考。
[Abstract]:Using census data and other demographic data, this paper analyzes the spatial pattern and evolution of population migration of urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River by using spatial analysis method. The results show that the massive outflow of population from the urban agglomerations in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River leads to the loss of regional population dividends. Since 2010, with the adoption of the State Council's Plan for promoting the rise of the Central region and the westward movement of the national economic centers, The urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River begins to have the trend of population return, and the development of "empty nest" urban agglomeration ushered in a new opportunity. The paper not only provides practical support for the study of population return in China, but also provides scientific basis and countermeasure reference for making policy to attract population return.
