【摘要】：文章利用國家衛(wèi)計(jì)委2014年流動人口動態(tài)監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù),考察長期居住意愿對流動人口消費(fèi)行為的影響,并使用普通最小二乘法和傾向性得分匹配法進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),有長期居住意愿的流動人口人均月消費(fèi)達(dá)1360元,比其他流動人口高出13.9%。有長期居住意愿流動人口的住房消費(fèi)支出增加20.7%,使其占總消費(fèi)比重提高1.3%,在所有支出中影響最大。長期居住意愿對省內(nèi)流動人口的住房消費(fèi)支出影響比跨省流動人口更大,增幅達(dá)28.3%。文章認(rèn)為,在當(dāng)前的戶籍制度下,政府可以通過居住證制度合理引導(dǎo)流動人口在流入地長期居住,加快流動人口從個體遷移向舉家遷移轉(zhuǎn)變,增加其在流入地的消費(fèi)支出,尤其是住房的消費(fèi)支出,為進(jìn)一步的戶籍改革提供基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of floating population dynamic monitoring in 2014 from the State Health and Family Planning Commission, this paper investigates the effect of long-term residence intention on the consumption behavior of floating population, and makes an empirical analysis by using the ordinary least square method and the tendency score matching method. The average monthly consumption of floating population with long term residence is 1360 yuan, which is 13.9 yuan higher than that of other floating population. The housing consumption expenditure of the floating population with long-term living intention increased by 20.7g, which increased its proportion to the total consumption by 1.3%, which had the greatest impact on all the expenditures. The effect of long-term residence intention on the housing consumption expenditure of the floating population in the province is greater than that of the inter-provincial floating population, with an increase of 28.3%. The article holds that under the current household registration system, the government can reasonably guide the floating population to live in the floating place for a long time through the residence permit system, speed up the transition of the floating population from individual migration to family migration, and increase their consumption expenditure in the place of emigration. In particular, consumer spending on housing provides the basis for further household registration reform.
