【摘要】：隨著老年人口規(guī)模的日益擴(kuò)大與人口老齡化程度的不斷加深，如何應(yīng)對(duì)人口老齡帶來(lái)的一系列消極影響，，成為了世界各國(guó)共同面對(duì)的一個(gè)重大課題。面對(duì)老齡化，各國(guó)的學(xué)者不斷的提出對(duì)于老年以及老齡社會(huì)的新觀點(diǎn)、新對(duì)策，為研究老齡化提供新的方向。早在1961年，R.J.Havighurst便較為系統(tǒng)的闡述了“成功老齡化”的思想。20世紀(jì)80年代末與90年代初，作為應(yīng)對(duì)人口老齡化的全球性戰(zhàn)略與政策，“健康老齡化”思想應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。2002年在第二屆世界老齡大會(huì)上，基于人們對(duì)老年人作用的認(rèn)可和對(duì)老年人權(quán)利的承認(rèn)，“積極老齡化”作為行動(dòng)綱領(lǐng)被寫入了政治宣言。生產(chǎn)性老齡化正是一種積極老齡化的視角，它強(qiáng)調(diào)的是老年人日常生活的生產(chǎn)性和社會(huì)參與性。生產(chǎn)性老齡化作為一種新興的研究領(lǐng)域，在我國(guó)的研究也是剛剛開(kāi)展，理論尚未成熟。 本文以“生產(chǎn)性老齡化”的思想為主要線索，對(duì)生產(chǎn)性老齡化的有關(guān)理念進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的闡述。文章通過(guò)分析生產(chǎn)性老齡化的定義、價(jià)值及其實(shí)踐，總結(jié)出生產(chǎn)性老齡化的三種實(shí)現(xiàn)方式和三種實(shí)現(xiàn)途徑。面對(duì)我國(guó)嚴(yán)峻的老齡化形勢(shì)，文章用“生產(chǎn)性老齡化”的理念來(lái)探討我國(guó)在新形勢(shì)下應(yīng)對(duì)老齡問(wèn)題應(yīng)該采取的新對(duì)策。通過(guò)研究生產(chǎn)性老齡化的新視角，致力于構(gòu)造一種具有生產(chǎn)性的社會(huì)體系，從而用一種更積極和具有建設(shè)性的態(tài)度來(lái)重新認(rèn)識(shí)老齡社會(huì)，進(jìn)而指導(dǎo)我們對(duì)于老年人的生產(chǎn)性潛力進(jìn)行大力開(kāi)發(fā)，為我們探究如何解決老齡問(wèn)題提供新的途徑。
[Abstract]:With the increasing expansion of the aged population and the deepening of the aging population, how to cope with a series of negative effects of the aging population has become a major issue facing all the countries in the world. In the face of aging, scholars from all over the world constantly put forward new ideas and countermeasures for the aged and the aging society, which provides a new direction for the study of aging. As early as 1961, R. J. Havighurst systematically expounded the idea of "successful ageing". In the late 1980s and early 1990s, it was regarded as a global strategy and policy to deal with the aging of the population. The idea of "healthy aging" emerged as the times require. In 2002, at the second World Assembly on ageing, "active ageing" was written into the political declaration based on the recognition of the role of older persons and the recognition of their rights. Productive aging is a positive aging perspective, which emphasizes the productive and social participation of the elderly in their daily life. Productive aging, as a new research field, has just been carried out in China, and the theory is not yet mature. Taking the thought of productive aging as the main clue, this paper expatiates on the concept of productive aging in detail. By analyzing the definition, value and practice of productive aging, this paper summarizes three ways of realizing productive aging. In the face of the severe aging situation in China, this paper discusses the new countermeasures to deal with the aging problem in China under the new situation by using the concept of "productive aging". Committed to the construction of a productive social system through the study of new perspectives on productive ageing, thereby reorienting ageing societies with a more positive and constructive attitude, And then guide us to vigorously develop the productive potential of the elderly, and provide a new way for us to explore how to solve the problem of ageing.
