【摘要】：人口是社會(huì)的基礎(chǔ)要素,人口規(guī)模及發(fā)展趨勢(shì)預(yù)測(cè)對(duì)區(qū)域城市規(guī)劃的制定和人口政策的調(diào)整具有重要的參考意義。綜合運(yùn)用灰色、阻滯增長(zhǎng)、人口自然增長(zhǎng)、回歸分析四種數(shù)學(xué)模型對(duì)青海省2013—2030年人口規(guī)模及發(fā)展趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè),結(jié)果表明:未來(lái)青海省總?cè)丝趯⒗^續(xù)處于穩(wěn)定增長(zhǎng)狀態(tài),年平均人口增長(zhǎng)率8.77‰,2020年青海省年末常住人口將達(dá)到621.11萬(wàn)人,2030年將達(dá)到676.25萬(wàn)人。針對(duì)青海省的省情和人口發(fā)展形勢(shì)提出相應(yīng)對(duì)策和建議。

Population scale and forecast of development trend have important reference significance for the formulation of regional urban planning and the adjustment of population policy. Comprehensive use of grey, growth retardation, natural population growth, regression analysis of four mathematical models to predict the population size and development trend of Qinghai in 2013-2030, the results show that the future total population of Qinghai Province will continue to be in a stable state of growth.
