【摘要】：我國改革開放以來,經(jīng)濟發(fā)展重心向沿海城市轉(zhuǎn)移,我國的流動人口數(shù)量急劇增長,特別是東北地區(qū)的流動人口規(guī)模相對較大近年來東北地區(qū)的人口流失現(xiàn)象一直被社會廣為關(guān)注。人口遷移流動中國社會轉(zhuǎn)型、經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)變的重大社會現(xiàn)象。東北的經(jīng)濟問題與發(fā)達地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展相比突顯出來,而大量的人口流失使得東北地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟問題更加嚴峻。本文以收入的角度為切入點來研究影響流動人口收入的問題。首先,本文通過總結(jié)歸納國內(nèi)外有關(guān)人口遷移流動的理論、流動人口的收入差異等文獻,提出一個研究的設(shè)想和思路。其次過對國家衛(wèi)計委流動人口司的“2013年流動人口動態(tài)監(jiān)測調(diào)查”中東北地區(qū)的流動人口樣本作為研究對象,進行分類研究。第一對調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)進行描述性統(tǒng)計分析,先從東北流出人口與區(qū)域內(nèi)流動人口的人口特征出發(fā),得出兩種流動類型的人口特征差異。第二從性別、年齡、受教育程度的角度分析東北流出人口與區(qū)域內(nèi)流動人口的收入差異。第三以收入作為因變量,以性別、年齡、受教育程度、就業(yè)行業(yè)、單位性質(zhì)等作為自變量,用次序邏輯(order logistic)模型對兩類流動人口分別進行回歸建模,來解釋收入的影響因素,并且對比在東北地區(qū)區(qū)域內(nèi)流動的人口與東北流出人口的收入差異,并結(jié)合實際情況,得出分析與結(jié)論。最后,針對本文的研究結(jié)果,得出了東北地區(qū)流動人口社會狀況和收入狀況方面的結(jié)論,根據(jù)得出的結(jié)論,提出了合理發(fā)展東北經(jīng)濟的政策建議,對東北地區(qū)的人口流動與人口流失有一個正確認識和理解,對收入的影響因素有更加深刻的理解。
[Abstract]:Since China's reform and opening up, the focus of economic development has shifted to coastal cities, and the number of floating population in China has increased dramatically. In particular, the scale of floating population in Northeast China is relatively large in recent years, the phenomenon of population loss has been widely concerned by the society. Population migration and migration China's social transformation and economic transformation of the major social phenomenon. Compared with the economic development of the developed regions, the economic problems in Northeast China are highlighted, and a large number of population loss makes the economic problems in the Northeast region more severe. This text regards income angle as the breakthrough point to study the problem that affects the income of floating population. First of all, by summarizing and summarizing the theories of population migration at home and abroad, the income difference of floating population and so on, this paper puts forward a tentative idea and train of thought of the research. Secondly, the floating population samples in Northeast China in the Mobile population Monitoring Survey 2013 of the State Health and Family Planning Commission were classified. Based on the descriptive statistical analysis of the first pair of survey data, the difference of population characteristics between the two floating types is obtained from the population characteristics of the outflow population in Northeast China and the floating population in the region. The second is to analyze the income difference between the northeast outflow population and the floating population in the region from the angle of sex, age and education level. Third, taking income as dependent variable, sex, age, education level, employment industry and unit nature as independent variables, the two categories of floating population are respectively modeled by order logistic-model to explain the influencing factors of income. The difference of income between the floating population and the outflow population in Northeast China is compared, and the analysis and conclusion are made in combination with the actual situation. Finally, in view of the research results of this paper, the paper draws the conclusions of the social and income status of the floating population in Northeast China, and puts forward some policy recommendations for the rational development of the Northeast economy. There is a correct understanding and understanding of the population flow and population loss in Northeast China, and a deeper understanding of the influencing factors of income.
