【摘要】：近兩年來,伴隨"全面二孩"國策的確定執(zhí)行與全面落實,生育和撫幼兩項生命歷程的重大事件,考驗著微觀個體的家庭與工作平衡能力,考驗著中觀群體的夫妻關(guān)系、性別關(guān)系、代際關(guān)系及親子關(guān)系,亦考驗著宏觀制度保障、家庭政策、公共資源和社會支持等重大議題,成為社會變遷與進步轉(zhuǎn)型的風(fēng)向標(biāo)。本文在提出以低母乳喂養(yǎng)率、低父親參與率、高勞動強度和高隔代撫養(yǎng)為典型特征的親職撫育困境基礎(chǔ)上,揭示了家庭變遷轉(zhuǎn)型中的母親脆弱性、夫妻關(guān)系脆弱性和代際關(guān)系脆弱性的三重根源機制與民間社會生活難點,進而提出弘揚撫育文化建設(shè)家庭科學(xué)、弘揚社會合力構(gòu)建制度保障、弘揚性別平等構(gòu)建公共支持的思路與建議。
[Abstract]:In the past two years, with the determination and implementation of the "all-around two-child" national policy, the important events in the life course of fertility and caressing young children have tested the ability of micro-individuals to balance their family and work, as well as the relationship between husband and wife among the middle class. Gender relations, intergenerational relationships and parent-child relationships are also a test of macro institutional protection, family policy, public resources and social support, and become the vane of social change and progress. On the basis of raising the dilemma of parenthood, which is characterized by low breastfeeding rate, low father participation rate, high labor intensity and high intergenerational upbringing, this paper reveals the vulnerability of mothers in the transition of family change. The triple root mechanism of the vulnerability of husband and wife relationship and the vulnerability of intergenerational relationship and the difficulties of civil society life. Ideas and suggestions for promoting gender equality and building public support.
