【摘要】：北京市2009年底常住人口規(guī)模已經(jīng)接近1800萬,各種人口特征都是影響未來經(jīng)濟(jì)格局的主要因素。 銀行業(yè)是金融業(yè)的最主要形式,商業(yè)銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)已近深入北京市民的生活,遍布的銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)成為北京市金融業(yè)繁榮的象征。 研究人口與金融網(wǎng)點(diǎn)選址、布局有助于理清人口發(fā)展對金融業(yè)發(fā)展的影響,金融業(yè)作為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的高端產(chǎn)業(yè)同樣離不開人的支持。 文章從概念的界定開始對金融業(yè)與銀行業(yè)做出辨析。通過文獻(xiàn)綜述探究人口發(fā)展對銀行業(yè)選址、布局的影響的理論基礎(chǔ)。正文部分,首先闡述北京市歷年的人口狀況。然后結(jié)合北京市的人口分布研究銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)的分布狀況,利用人口分布的指標(biāo)分析銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)的分布,尋找人口分布與銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)分布的共性。下一部分是提取影響銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)的主要人口學(xué)因素與非人口學(xué)因素,為銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)選址提供依據(jù)。下面利用歷年的北京市統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)對這些因素對銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)分布的影響做出定量分析,尋找影響銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)分布的最主要因素,結(jié)合這些因素對北京市典型區(qū)域的銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)分布做出具體分析。最后,利用已知的人口學(xué)因素未來的變化,展望未來人口變動(dòng)對銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)分布的影響,為今后的銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)新址的設(shè)置提供參考。
[Abstract]:At the end of 2009, the resident population of Beijing has reached 18 million, and all kinds of population characteristics are the main factors influencing the future economic pattern. The banking industry is the most important form of the financial industry. The commercial bank network has nearly penetrated into the life of the people in Beijing, and the banking network has become the symbol of the prosperity of the financial industry in Beijing. The study of population and financial network location is helpful to clarify the impact of population development on the development of the financial industry, which, as a high-end industry of economic development, can not be separated from the support of human beings. This article begins with the definition of the concept of finance and banking. This paper explores the theoretical basis of the impact of population development on the location and layout of banking industry through literature review. The main body part, first elaborates the population situation of Beijing in the past years. Then combining with the population distribution of Beijing, the distribution of bank network is studied, and the distribution of bank network is analyzed by the index of population distribution, and the commonness between population distribution and bank network distribution is found. The next part is to extract the main demographic factors and non-demographic factors that affect the bank network, and provide the basis for the location of the bank network. The following is a quantitative analysis of the impact of these factors on the distribution of bank outlets by using the statistics of Beijing over the years, in order to find the most important factors affecting the distribution of bank outlets. Combined with these factors to make a specific analysis of the distribution of bank outlets in typical areas of Beijing. Finally, using the known demographic factors in the future, the paper looks forward to the impact of the future population changes on the distribution of bank outlets, and provides a reference for the establishment of new sites of bank outlets in the future.
