六普人口數(shù)據(jù)的漏報與重報

【內(nèi)容摘要】數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量評估是使用普查數(shù)據(jù)前的重要步驟，而登記人數(shù)的準(zhǔn)確性是人口普查數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量評估中最為重要的指標(biāo)之一。文章對六普數(shù)據(jù)中低齡組人口漏報和青年人口重報狀況進(jìn)行了全面分析，并比較多次普查數(shù)據(jù)的生命表回推結(jié)果以及不同來源的數(shù)據(jù)分析，得出結(jié)果顯示，六普數(shù)據(jù)在中老年組數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量較高，與四普、五普數(shù)據(jù)相比，同批人人口規(guī)模呈現(xiàn)出高度一致性；六普數(shù)據(jù)在低齡組依然存在大量漏報，其中0歲組男孩漏報更多；在青年組人口中，六普數(shù)據(jù)16～21歲的人口規(guī)模相對于2000年普查及其他來源數(shù)據(jù)中的同批人規(guī)模出現(xiàn)異常增多。與五普數(shù)據(jù)及戶籍統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)相比，六普16～21歲青年組人口可能存在重報，每個年齡組重報100萬人以上，且可能主要是流動人口女性重報。

Abstract：Qualityevaluationisanimportantstepbeforeusingcensusdata，inwhichaccuracyofthe

numberofpeopleregisteredisoneofthemostsignificantandmeaningfulindicator．Thispapersystematicallyexaminestheproblemsofunderreportingintheyoungestagegroupsandoverreportingintheagegroupsat16

ssixthnationalpopulationcensusbycomparingpopulationdatafrompreviouscensusesad-－21inChina’

justedbylifetablemethodsandfromothersources．TheresultsshowthatpopulationintheyoungestagesisconsiderablyunderreportedinChina’ssixthpopulationcensus；whilethesizeofpopulationaged16－21inthesixthcensusisabnormallygreaterthanthatcountedinthefifthcensusandthatregisteredbytheMinistryofPublicSecurity，indicatinganover－registrationintheyouthaged16－21inthesixthcensus．Morethanonemillionpeopleareestimatedtobeoverreportedrespectivelyineachoftheseagegroups，largelyconcen-tratingonthefloatingfemales．
