【摘要】：伴隨著城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展,農(nóng)村老齡化問(wèn)題也日益突出,成為當(dāng)今經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展面臨的一個(gè)重要的社會(huì)問(wèn)題。本文作者基于2000年~2014年的省級(jí)面板數(shù)據(jù),從城鎮(zhèn)化角度考察了農(nóng)村老齡化加劇的成因。分析結(jié)果表明,城鎮(zhèn)化主要通過(guò)農(nóng)村人口流動(dòng)和老年人預(yù)期壽命提高加劇農(nóng)村老齡化。東部地區(qū)農(nóng)村老齡化主要是由預(yù)期壽命的提高引起,而其他地區(qū)農(nóng)村人口流動(dòng)的作用較為明顯。因此,城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中要防范農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力人口的過(guò)度外流,實(shí)行就地城鎮(zhèn)化,同時(shí)實(shí)行較為寬松的人口政策,尤其是"二胎政策",對(duì)于緩解農(nóng)村老齡化具有較大的政策意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of urbanization, the problem of rural aging is becoming more and more prominent, which has become an important social problem in the economic and social development. The author based on the provincial panel data from 2000 to 2014. The causes of the aggravation of rural aging are investigated from the perspective of urbanization. Urbanization exacerbates rural ageing mainly through rural population mobility and the increase of life expectancy of the elderly. Rural ageing in the eastern region is mainly caused by the increase in life expectancy, while the role of rural population mobility in other regions is more obvious. In the process of urbanization, it is necessary to prevent the excessive outflow of rural labor force, to implement local urbanization, and to implement a relatively loose population policy, especially the "two-child policy", which is of great policy significance to alleviate the aging of rural areas.
