【摘要】：人口素質(zhì)是經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的堅實基礎(chǔ),并且與社會穩(wěn)定及文明延續(xù)間存在至關(guān)重要的聯(lián)系。本文首先基于人口素質(zhì)的內(nèi)涵與外延構(gòu)建了一套包含身體素質(zhì)、文化素質(zhì)、勞動技能素質(zhì)和思想品德素質(zhì)的人口素質(zhì)綜合評價指標(biāo)體系。從橫、縱向的角度,基于主成分分析和層次分析法(AHP法)探討浙江省及11個地市人口素質(zhì)變動的總水平和平均水平效應(yīng),并對各地市評價結(jié)果進行系統(tǒng)聚類。 通過典型相關(guān)分析研究人口素質(zhì)的各構(gòu)成要素與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展變量間的相關(guān)關(guān)系。分析結(jié)果表明人口素質(zhì)的各子系統(tǒng)與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展變量間具有很強的相關(guān)關(guān)系,尤其是身體素質(zhì)與文化素質(zhì)對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的作用尤為突出。進一步的研究人口素質(zhì)對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的貢獻,引入Cobb-Douglas生產(chǎn)函數(shù)模型,將人口素質(zhì)替代人力資本投入構(gòu)建計量模型進行回歸估計,研究浙江省人口素質(zhì)及各地市對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的貢獻率。最后基于2000年至2010年人口素質(zhì)各子系統(tǒng)的面板數(shù)據(jù)分析其對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的作用,探討浙江省各地市人口素質(zhì)及其子系統(tǒng)間的均衡發(fā)展。 最后在總結(jié)全文的基礎(chǔ)上,綜合上述分析結(jié)論,提出相應(yīng)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Population quality is the solid foundation of economic development and has a vital connection with social stability and the continuation of civilization. Firstly, based on the connotation and extension of population quality, a set of physical and cultural qualities is constructed. Comprehensive evaluation index system of labor skill quality and ideological and moral quality. Based on Principal component Analysis (PCA) and Analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the total level and average level effect of population quality change in Zhejiang Province and 11 cities are discussed, and the evaluation results of each city are systematically clustered. Through canonical correlation analysis, the correlation between the components of population quality and the variables of economic development is studied. The results show that there is a strong correlation between the subsystems of population quality and the variables of economic development. In particular, the effects of physical and cultural qualities on economic development are particularly prominent. Further research on the contribution of population quality to economic development is carried out, and Cobb-Douglas production function model is introduced. The quantitative model is constructed to estimate the quality of population instead of human capital. This paper studies the population quality of Zhejiang Province and the contribution rate of each city to the economic development. Finally, based on the panel data of the subsystems of population quality from 2000 to 2010, the paper analyzes its effect on the economic development. This paper probes into the balanced development of population quality and its sub-systems in various cities of Zhejiang Province. Finally, on the basis of summing up the full text, synthesizes the above analysis conclusion, puts forward the corresponding policy suggestion.
