[Abstract]:First, the question was raised at the 1994 International Conference on population and Development, which first identified the reproductive health of youth as one of the priority areas of population and development and called for effective attention by countries to their reproductive and sexual health needs. The international concept of reproductive rights and reproductive health has gradually been incorporated into the family planning policy supported by the government and the community.
