【摘要】：為保障人地掛鉤政策在長(zhǎng)吉地區(qū)有針對(duì)性的實(shí)施,以城鎮(zhèn)化水平較高的長(zhǎng)春、吉林兩市范圍內(nèi)的縣市為例,通過(guò)人口預(yù)測(cè)模型預(yù)測(cè)了2020年長(zhǎng)吉兩市各地區(qū)的常住人口,然后根據(jù)人均建設(shè)用地標(biāo)準(zhǔn)法測(cè)算出建設(shè)用地的供需情況,并進(jìn)行了人地掛鉤分區(qū)研究.結(jié)果表明:預(yù)計(jì)在2020年,長(zhǎng)吉兩市城市建設(shè)用地需求量為29 944.63hm2,農(nóng)村居民點(diǎn)整治潛力為53 279.57hm2.將各地區(qū)的需求量和潛力進(jìn)行對(duì)比,并進(jìn)行分區(qū),得出南關(guān)區(qū)、寬城區(qū)、朝陽(yáng)區(qū)、二道區(qū)、綠園區(qū)、昌邑區(qū)為人地掛鉤需求區(qū);龍?zhí)秴^(qū)、船營(yíng)區(qū)、豐滿區(qū)為人地掛鉤自給區(qū);雙陽(yáng)區(qū)、農(nóng)安縣、九臺(tái)市、榆樹市、德惠市、永吉縣、蛟河市、樺甸市、舒蘭市、磐石市為人地掛鉤供給區(qū).
[Abstract]:In order to ensure the implementation of the human-land linkage policy in Changji region, taking the counties and cities in Changchun and Jilin cities with high urbanization level as an example, the permanent population of Changji and Jilin provinces in 2020 was predicted by population prediction model. Then, according to the standard method of per capita construction land, the supply and demand situation of construction land is calculated, and a study on the linking of man and land is carried out. The results show that in 2020, The demand for urban construction land in Changji city is 29,944.63hm2, and the potential for rural residential land renovation is 53,279.57hm2.Compared with the demand and potential of each region, it is concluded that Nanguan District, Kuancheng District, Chaoyang District, Erdao District, Green Park, Changyi District is the demand area for people and land linkage; Longtan District, Chuanying District and Fengman District are self-supporting areas for people and land linkage; Shuangyang District, Nong'an County, Jiutai City, Yushu City, Dehui City, Yongji County, Jiaohe City, Huadian City, Shulan City, Panshi City for people linked to the supply area.
