【摘要】：正本期發(fā)表的《中國(guó)人口老齡化對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)影響的研究評(píng)述》,是一篇頗有分量的評(píng)述性文獻(xiàn)。本刊如此有價(jià)值的綜述和評(píng)述目前還不多見(jiàn),歡迎廣大作者多多提供這種專題性深度研討人力資源開(kāi)發(fā)前沿問(wèn)題的綜述和評(píng)述文章。這不僅使工作繁忙的人力資源管理者以最短的時(shí)間了解本專業(yè)的新進(jìn)展,而且對(duì)那些剛剛進(jìn)入學(xué)術(shù)殿堂的學(xué)子們具有巨大的啟蒙意義。人口老齡化的這個(gè)專題還可以繼續(xù)深挖。特別是從人力資源開(kāi)發(fā)角度看問(wèn)題,人口究竟是老齡化還是高齡化,很有必要深入研究。這篇評(píng)述議論的前提是"人口老齡化是人類社會(huì)發(fā)展不可避免的一個(gè)歷史現(xiàn)象。經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)意義上的人口老齡化是指社會(huì)上老年人口比重逐漸增加的過(guò)程。國(guó)際社會(huì)對(duì)人口老齡化的一般界定為某一國(guó)或地區(qū)65歲以上人口占比7%或60歲以上人口占比10%,即可認(rèn)定該國(guó)家或地區(qū)已經(jīng)步入老齡化社會(huì)。"而筆者認(rèn)為這個(gè)前提是不能成立的。
[Abstract]:The current issue of the Review of the effects of China's Aging population on Economic growth is an important review. At present, there are few valuable reviews and comments on this issue. Welcome to the majority of authors to provide this kind of summary and review articles on the frontier issues of human resources development. This not only enables busy human resource managers to learn about the new developments in their profession in the shortest possible time, Moreover, it is of great enlightenment significance to those students who have just entered the academic palace. The topic of population aging can continue to be deeply explored. Especially from the perspective of human resources development, whether the population is aging or is it an aging population? The premise of this commentary is that "population aging is an inevitable historical phenomenon in the development of human society." in the economic sense, population aging refers to the gradual increase in the proportion of the elderly population in society. The international community generally defines the aging of the population as the proportion of the population over 65 years of age in a certain country or region, accounting for 10% of the population over the age of 7% years or over, which can be regarded as having entered an aging society... "and the author believes that the country or region has entered an aging society." This premise is not tenable.
