【摘要】：正一、主要做法(一)新加坡1.合理控制規(guī)模,保證移民質(zhì)量。新加坡是一個(gè)多元種族的移民國家,也是一個(gè)低生育率水平國家,為積極應(yīng)對人口老齡化,保持國家競爭力,需要引進(jìn)大量外來移民。2013年發(fā)布的新加坡《人口白皮書》指出,每年需要引進(jìn)1.5萬~2.5萬名新移民,以及批準(zhǔn)3萬名外籍人士成為永久居民。同
