【摘要】：30多年的嚴(yán)格人口控制已經(jīng)讓我國的人口狀況出現(xiàn)了巨大的變化,人口結(jié)構(gòu)問題已經(jīng)開始影響未來中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)性發(fā)展,人口與經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)出不協(xié)調(diào)的狀態(tài)。"十三五"時(shí)期是我國促進(jìn)人口與經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,政府應(yīng)該通過進(jìn)一步放開生育政策、人口管理政策重點(diǎn)轉(zhuǎn)變以及試點(diǎn)人口政策新路徑的方式,促進(jìn)人口對(duì)未來中國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的積極作用。同時(shí),通過經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變及大力發(fā)展老齡服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展對(duì)我國現(xiàn)存人口結(jié)構(gòu)的適應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:After more than 30 years of strict population control, China's population situation has undergone tremendous changes. Population structure problems have begun to affect the sustainable development of China's economy in the future. The development of population and economy shows a state of disharmony. The 13th Five-Year Plan period is a key period for China to promote the coordinated development of population and economy. The government should further liberalize its fertility policy. The change of emphasis in population management policy and the new path of pilot population policy will promote the positive role of population in the future economic development of China. At the same time, Through the transformation of economic development mode and vigorously develop the aging service economy to promote economic development to adapt to the existing population structure of our country.
