【摘要】：正完善國家治理是實現(xiàn)國家戰(zhàn)略意圖、推動科學(xué)發(fā)展的重要保障。在完善國家治理新形勢下,國家審計作為國家治理的重要組成部分,應(yīng)有效防范經(jīng)濟社會運行風(fēng)險,積極健全經(jīng)濟社會運行機制,發(fā)揮揭示、抵御、改進和預(yù)防等"免疫"功能,在維護民主法治,保障國家安全,推動落實責(zé)任、透明、法治、廉潔、公平和正義等原則和理念,改善國家治理,進而實現(xiàn)國家的可持續(xù)發(fā)展等
