【摘要】：法治政府是依法成立和依法運(yùn)行的政府,具有法定性、有限性、公信性與服務(wù)性等基本特征。法治政府在構(gòu)建黨委領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、政府主導(dǎo)、社會(huì)協(xié)同、公眾參與的社會(huì)治理精細(xì)化體制機(jī)制中起著主導(dǎo)和關(guān)鍵作用。當(dāng)前,政府在推進(jìn)社會(huì)治理精細(xì)化中,面臨著社會(huì)失衡失信失范、政府越位錯(cuò)位缺位、公眾求公求廉求參等現(xiàn)實(shí)挑戰(zhàn)。為此,必須加快法治政府建設(shè),培育社會(huì)自治,規(guī)范政府行為,增強(qiáng)政治信任。
[Abstract]:The government ruled by law is a government established and operated according to law, which has the basic characteristics of legality, limitation, public trust and service. The government ruled by law plays a leading and key role in the construction of a fine system mechanism of social governance led by the party committee, led by the government, social coordination and public participation. At present, in promoting the refinement of social governance, the government is facing some practical challenges, such as social imbalance and dishonesty, government offside dislocation, public demand for public integrity and reference, and so on. Therefore, we must speed up the construction of government ruled by law, cultivate social autonomy, standardize government behavior and strengthen political trust.
