【摘要】：目的利用粉體的物理性質(zhì),優(yōu)選哮喘顆粒干法制粒工藝。方法通過(guò)考察哮喘顆粒制劑原料的休止角、壓縮度、水分等物理特性,指導(dǎo)干法制粒處方篩選,以顆粒一次成型率、脆碎度和制粒過(guò)程質(zhì)量評(píng)分為指標(biāo),采用L9(34)正交試驗(yàn)方法,同時(shí)采用基于信息熵的評(píng)價(jià)方法優(yōu)選哮喘顆粒干法制粒工藝參數(shù)。結(jié)果確定最佳輔料為糊精,最佳干法制粒工藝參數(shù):軋輪壓力為7 MPa,軋輪轉(zhuǎn)速為10 r/min,送料速度為18 r/min。結(jié)論制劑原料的物理特性研究可指導(dǎo)制劑處方的篩選,制得顆粒成型性好,硬度適中,流動(dòng)性好,優(yōu)選的干法制粒工藝穩(wěn)定合理。
[Abstract]:Objective to optimize the dry granulation process of Asthma granules by using the physical properties of the powder. Methods the physical characteristics of the raw materials of Asthma granule preparation, such as rest angle, compression degree and moisture, were investigated to guide the screening of dry granulation prescription. The primary granulation rate, brittleness and quality score of granulation process were taken as the indexes. The L9 (34) orthogonal test method and the evaluation method based on information entropy were used to optimize the technological parameters of dry granulation of asthma particles. Results the optimum auxiliary material was dextrin, and the optimum dry granulation process parameters were as follows: the rolling wheel pressure was 7 MPa, the rotating speed was 10 r / min, and the feeding speed was 18 r / min. Conclusion the study on the physical properties of the raw materials can guide the screening of the formulation of the preparation, and the particle formation is good, the hardness is moderate, the mobility is good, and the optimized dry granulation process is stable and reasonable.
