雙相水溶液法制備烏拉草纖維

【摘要】:采用雙相水(聚乙二醇(PEG)-2 000/無(wú)機(jī)鹽)溶液法制備烏拉草纖維.首先對(duì)原料進(jìn)行預(yù)氧處理,然后進(jìn)行雙相水溶液處理以脫除余下的非纖維素物質(zhì),并用單因子控制變量法對(duì)該工藝進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,最后對(duì)采用最佳處理工藝得到的纖維進(jìn)行測(cè)試與表征.結(jié)果表明:雙相水溶液處理的最佳工藝條件,即為10%PEG-2 000,2.5%NaOH,1.5%Na2SO3,1.5%Na2CO3,浴比1∶20,處理溫度為90℃,處理時(shí)間為2h;測(cè)試得到纖維的平均長(zhǎng)度、線密度、回潮率、結(jié)晶度、拉伸斷裂強(qiáng)度分別為30mm、2.72tex、10.66%、42%、1.84cN/dtex;烏拉草及其纖維均主要含有纖維素、木質(zhì)素和半纖維素,處理后纖維素含量顯著提高,而木質(zhì)素和半纖維素含量降低;烏拉草縱向凹凸不平,橫向呈波浪狀,且波峰部分由孔洞結(jié)構(gòu)組成,波谷部分由實(shí)心物質(zhì)組成;纖維縱向基本平直,單根纖維表面有少量雜質(zhì).
[Abstract]:The ulla grass fiber was prepared by using a solution of two-phase water (PEG)-2,000/ inorganic salt). The raw materials are subjected to pre-oxygen treatment, then a two-phase aqueous solution treatment is carried out to remove the remaining non-cellulosic materials, and the process is optimized by using a single-factor control variable method, and finally, the fibers obtained by the optimal treatment process are tested and characterized.
