金屬氧化物電極的靜電紡絲法制備及其電化學(xué)電容性質(zhì)研究

【摘要】:電化學(xué)電容器是一種介于傳統(tǒng)電容器和電池之間的新型儲(chǔ)能器件。電化學(xué)電容器比傳統(tǒng)的電容器具有更高的比容量,比電池具有更高的比功率。正因?yàn)橐陨蟽?yōu)點(diǎn),電化學(xué)電容器逐漸成為一種備受關(guān)注的新型儲(chǔ)能器件。本文通過靜電紡絲法,以氧化鎳、氧化鎳/氧化鋅復(fù)合材料以及氧化銅作為電化學(xué)電容器的電極,FTO作為基體,制備了不同的金屬氧化物電極。并利用恒流充放電等測(cè)試手段對(duì)這些金屬氧化物電極材料的電化學(xué)性質(zhì)以及電容器性能進(jìn)行了研究。 利用靜電紡絲法制備NiO電極。討論了煅燒至不同溫度時(shí),NiO電極的電化學(xué)性質(zhì)以及電容器性能。研究結(jié)果表明,煅燒溫度對(duì)NiO-MFs電極的電化學(xué)性質(zhì)有著重要的影響:NiO-MFs在較低溫度時(shí)(300℃),具有較高的電導(dǎo)率。在恒電流充放電過程中,NiO電極材料表現(xiàn)出良好的電容特性,此時(shí)該電極的質(zhì)量比電容為298F/g。 采用靜電紡絲法制備NiO/ZnO復(fù)合材料電極。為了提高NiO電極的電化學(xué)電容器性能,我們希望通過摻雜另外一種氧化物來提高它的電化學(xué)性能。因此我們選擇了氧化鋅這種化學(xué)性質(zhì)活潑,應(yīng)用范圍廣泛的金屬氧化物,并利用靜電紡絲技術(shù)將其與氧化鎳相結(jié)合作為氧化鎳/氧化鋅復(fù)合電極材料進(jìn)行研究。ZnO與比其價(jià)態(tài)高的陽離子摻雜都會(huì)提高其電導(dǎo)率,而由于電導(dǎo)率的提高,最終導(dǎo)致NiO/ZnO復(fù)合電極的電容活性提高。研究結(jié)果表明,在NiO中摻雜ZnO所得到的復(fù)合電極材料比純NiO電極材料擁有更好的電化學(xué)性質(zhì),電流密度為5A/g時(shí),煅燒溫度分別為300、500°C時(shí)其質(zhì)量比電容分別為381 F/g和155 F/g。 本章選擇了CuO這種金屬氧化物,利用靜電紡絲技術(shù)制得CuO-MFs電極材料,并對(duì)其電化學(xué)電容性能進(jìn)行了研究。通過計(jì)算得到CuO電極材料在電流密度為1A/g和5A/g時(shí)的質(zhì)量比電容分別為89.71F/g和46.15F/g。
[Abstract]:Electrochemical capacitor is a new type of energy storage device between traditional capacitor and battery. Electrochemical capacitor has higher specific capacity than traditional capacitor and higher specific power than battery. Because of these advantages, electrochemical capacitors have gradually become a new type of energy storage devices. In this paper, different metal oxide electrodes were prepared by electrospinning using nickel oxide, nickel oxide / zinc oxide composite and copper oxide as electrode and FTO as substrate. The electrochemical properties and capacitor properties of these metal oxide electrode materials were studied by constant current charge-discharge method. NiO electrode was prepared by electrospinning. The electrochemical properties and capacitor properties of NiO electrode were discussed when calcined to different temperatures.
