【摘要】：產(chǎn)權(quán)平等保護是市場經(jīng)濟順利運行和各所有制經(jīng)濟主體公平競爭的前提。受傳統(tǒng)重公有、輕私有觀念和長期以來對非公經(jīng)濟制度供給不足等因素影響,各所有制經(jīng)濟主體的權(quán)益不能得到平等的保護,侵害私有產(chǎn)權(quán)的現(xiàn)象時有發(fā)生。企業(yè)家對人身和財產(chǎn)的安全焦慮,投資信心不足、參與經(jīng)濟制度改革熱情不高、大量民營企業(yè)家投資移民海外。對此,要從法律制定、司法權(quán)威和行政保護等方面采取相應(yīng)的措施,加大改進的力度和進度。
[Abstract]:The equal protection of property right is the premise of smooth operation of market economy and fair competition among the main bodies of ownership economy. Affected by the traditional concept of emphasizing public ownership, neglecting private ownership and insufficient supply of non-public economic system for a long time, the rights and interests of economic subjects under ownership cannot be protected equally, and the phenomenon of infringing on private property rights occurs from time to time. Entrepreneurs are anxious about personal and property safety, lack of investment confidence, lack of enthusiasm to participate in economic system reform, and a large number of private entrepreneurs invest in emigration overseas. Therefore, it is necessary to take corresponding measures from the aspects of law-making, judicial authority and administrative protection, and to increase the strength and progress of improvement.
